Details

nsWrapperCache could have something like IsBlackForGC.
Then if the JSClass for the DOM objects had a way to access the nsWrapperCache, 
GC could mark stuff black, not always gray.

This is sort of a variant of bug 717500 for new DOM Bindings, and more
clean way to handle the black marking.
