Steps to reproduce:
- I created a new bug
- Submit
- I "assigned to" a bad user
Actual results:
- AJAX call jsonrpc.cgi never reply
- System get stalled, lot of jsonrpc.cgi got run,
- System out of memory, whoel server really slow
Expected results:
- Display error
- System to work properly
