Actual results:

An infrequent Thunderbird crash.
Using Thunderbird 10 beta 4 on Linux OpenSuSE 11.4.
ID: 4257ecbd-479f-42a9-8f51-2c3752120123
Signature: ssl_DefGetpeername

Bug 658479 already exists for either a similar or the same issue, but got closed as RESOLVED WORKSFORME. Therefore I'm raising this new bug. 
The same crash was seen before with TB 10 beta 1.
Severity: normal → critical

This should be fixed in TB 11 .... If you run Aurora you should get another crash report http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/channel/ .

I will , and Christian might still crash in 11 but the stack will be different so he should make sure to open new bugs when that happens.
