720633 - Always show popups does not work after quitting and retriggering from a link

Attachment: test file

1. download the test file 
2. push it to the device ( adb push test.html /sdcard/download )
3. run : adb shell am start -a android.intent.action.VIEW -n org.mozilla.fennec/.App -d file://mnt/sdcard/download/test.html
4. click on always show popup
5. go through the menu -> quit
6. run : adb shell am start -a android.intent.action.VIEW -n org.mozilla.fennec/.App -d file://mnt/sdcard/download/test.html

Expected: the popup window will open and close
Actual: dialog reappears asking you if you want to allow, always show, or never show

You're basically suffering from bug 204285. You can't use site specifiec preferences currently with file urls.
A workaround would be to just allow all popups.
