721008 - [meta] Fix Native Fennec's startup UX

The current UX for Native Fennec's startup is in bad shape at the moment. about:home flashes just before session is restored, current page flashes just before starting Fennec from an external link, and so on.

This meta-bug is about sorting out what startup UX we want and tracking all related bugs. Knowledge about startup is spread out in difference bug reports and there's no "big picture" view on this at the moment.

Do we have a meta issue here with the speed of session restore? There are a few bugs around what a user sees while it's happening that we could try to streamline/hide -- but if it's always going to take a long time, we might want to revisit the circumstances under which we use it.

I'd really like to have the full picture described here first. Then you can sprinkle comments on the specific bugs as needed. For instance, I'd like to know about startup issues that we don't have bugs for yet.
