While implementing the tags feature for bug 718660 I have seen in the report that options for tags are getting appened multiple times if TestRun classes are used multiple times from within the same script.

For 3 test-runs it looks like the following in the report:
"tags":["addoncompat","Video DownloadHelper","Sputnik","Test Pilot","Firebug","addoncompat","Video DownloadHelper","Sputnik","Test Pilot","Firebug","addoncompat","Video DownloadHelper","Sputnik","Test Pilot","Firebug"]

Simple fix for this problem as what I have already mentioned on bug 668063.
