replace daisy chained power strips with CDUs in AFK

Details
We need fix all daisy chained power strips in AFK. We have 4 single wide 16port CDUs that we can use stored in haxxor. Any power strips currently in use can be distributed off of a CDU but by only one tier (no daisy chaining further)
This will need to be coordinated with releng and QA.

RelEng has moz2-darwin10-slave01, 02, 40-50, plus 53-56 in here. Give me a few hours heads up so I can shut them down without interrupting things, but other than we can do this any time.

OK, that's a few additional RelEng ones. Kev, do you need forewarning before we take down byob-repack*?

Correct. bear will be dealing with these in the 2nd week of Feb, so as long as they're online by then, we're happy.

Of course we do same day service. Unless AFK gets set on fire in a fit of rage. :-P

That would be a curious way to prepare for the fire marshal. Preemptive strike! ;)

We are on schedule and will begin unplugging at 11am today (1/26). Downtime should last no longer than 3 hours.
