this is the tracker bug for the processor refactoring  to use the following new subsystems:
  * configman
  ** setup for plugable works source queues (postgres, hbase?, some future queuing system?)
  ** iterator worker framework
  ** plugable signature generation
  ** json minidump stackwalk
