1. install the latest nightly
2. do an adb shell
3. run command : 
am start -a android.intent.action.VIEW -n org.mozilla.fennec/.App -d file://mnt/sdcard/download/twitter/toptweets/favorites.html

Expected: file not found is legible
Actual: file not found is zoomed in and hard to read.

I fixed bug 717085 recently, which is similar. However this looks different; judging by the way the letters are smushed on top of each other in the screenshot this looks related to font-inflation.

Issue still occurs where it looks zoomed in.  trying to pinch zoom out, you get checkerboarding.  Samsung Galaxy S II 20120130, 2.3.3

Worksforme on my Samsung Nexus.  Probably fixed by bug 720181 (disabling font
inflation for XUL documents).
