Prerequisites:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:9.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/9.0.1

Steps to reproduce:
1.Go to AMO page but DO NOT login(https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox).
2.Sort add-ons by newest(https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/extensions/?sort=created)
3.Please see the 3rd addon named "Tranquility".
4.Open "Tranquility" add-on in order to see it in detailed view.

Expected results:
If the add-on is marked as "not yet rated" in list view then it should not be rated in detailed view too.

Actual results:
This add-on is seen as "not yet rated" in list view, but rated in detailed view.

NOTES:
1.Not reproducible for same add-on if user is logged in.
2.I was not able to find an add-on with this behavior in addons-dev.allizom.org.

When an add-on's data changes we flush its details page from the cache and it's shown instantly.  On pages like the home page where there are many changing add-ons shown we don't know if it's showing up there or not so those pages aren't flushed.  That means they may show outdated data for a short period while that cache eventually expires.
