optimum search does not function properly after up grade to latest version of firefox,ok on internet explorer

Steps to reproduce:
upgraded firefox to latest version with optimum as home page with avg security package.cannot receive contents when using optimum search,ok when using internet explorer.appears to be bug in firefox.optimum found no problems.
Actual results:

Expected results:
using optimum search should receive listing of names from input receive data showing page 1 [1 of 10] page 2 [10 of 20]no listing of individual names

Joe -> Is this still an issue with Firefox 10?
What is optium? A web page? An extension?
as of today this problem has gone away.optonline.net is my internet provider,i do not know if they,mozilla,or avg fixed the problem. (In reply to Tim (fmdeveloper) from comment #1)
