Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:12.0a1) Gecko/20120128 Firefox/12.0a1
Build ID: 20120128031108

Steps to reproduce:

Went to Cramster.com, navigated to the answers for a textbook, tried opening up a specific solution, and the flash player that normally displays it did not show up. It works in stable and other browsers.

Actual results:

Flash player failed loading the solution.

Expected results:

The solution should have loaded.
We really need more detailed steps to reproduce here in order to help you.

We need to know exactly which textbook you went to answers for and which specific solution you tired to open.

Exact steps to reproduce a failure are more helpful because otherwise we might follow a different path to a different solution that does not exhibit the failure and therefore resolve this bug as WORKSFORME.
I believe I have similar problems with Vimeo and other flash-based video players. The flash container doesn't even load for me it seems.

Steps to Reproduce:
Visited http://vimeo.com/12126041 with the firefox/plugins below

Actual Results:
A blank space where the flash container should be

Expected Results:
The vimeo flash player with the expected video.

Currently running Nightly x64 13.0a1 (2012-02-07) with
Shockwave Flash plugin (x64) v11.1 r102
Java(TM) Platform SE 7 U2 v10.2.0.13
Microsoft Office 2010 v14.0.4730.1010

Oddly enough, the issue is not present on the youtube flash player and it seems to have been introduced back with Nightly 12a so I'm not sure if it's a flash plugin issue or firefox bug.

I'd be more than happy to provide further info if you could instruct (or point me towards) how.

It's possible that YouTube is detecting that Flash isn't installed (because it's not loading into Firefox properly) and serving you an HTML5 version of the player instead of the Flash version. See youtube.com/html5 - you can right-click on the player to check. If it doesn't say Settings... and About Adobe Flash... at the bottom of the menu, it's HTML5.
Cant reproduce with current Nightly.
