Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a tab (A).
2. Show Inspector's HTML pane on (A).
3. Open tab (B).
4. Switch (A) and (B). At this time, you do not close shown HTML pane.
And also this bug is easy to reproduce when you switch tabs rapidly. (e.g. use Ctrl+Tab on Windows)
Actual results:
Inspector HTML pane is always shown after switching tab.
So this be never close.
Expected results:
Inspector HTML pane will be closed after switching tabs.

Yes. bug 726518 is just same bug.
