User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:9.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/9.0.1 Build ID: 20111220165912 Steps to reproduce: It affects lightning 1.1.0 and 1.1.1. Scenario 1. Changing the month in the "month view". At some point, after using mozilla+calendar for a while, when I change the month in the monthly calendar view (using arrows right and left), the month name (next to "Today") doesn't change Scenario 2. Started Thunderbird when two e-mail tabs and one calendar tab (month view) opened. Worked with it. Then closed Calendar tab. Then opened Calendar (Events and Tasks -> Calendar) Actual results: Scenario 1. The month name (next to "Today") doesn't change. Occasionally it is not even displayed. The week number doesn't change either. Scenario 2. The tab doesn't display any title. "Today" and arrows to change the month are disabled. Expected results: 1. Scenario 1: The month name should change. 2. Scenario 2: Should be able to use "Today",

Are you getting any error messages?

I have the same problem as Scenario 1 above. Has any one looked at this problem?

Issue continues with Thunderbird 17.0 and Lightening 1.9. Month in the "mini" calendar at left displays correctly, but main title month does not change as one moves to other months. Win7 64.
I can't reproduce neither "scenario 1" nor "scenario 2" in comment #0 (Thunderbird 17 and 18). Please look in the error console (menu Tool > Error Console) and copy and paste here any related error.

When enter Calendar tab in TB, I get: Timestamp: 2012-12-14 12:34:35 Warning: XUL box for _moz_generated_content_before element contained an inline #text child, forcing all its children to be wrapped in a block. Source File: chrome://calendar/content/calendar-base-view.xml Line: 486 Changing the month (clicking arrows next to the "Today" button, gives informational message: [calFilterProperties] Applying filter: start: 0 end: 3 status: 3 due: 15 category: null

Screen capture showing discrepancy between "mini" calendar (correct) and "main" calendar title. The days shown (in month view) are correct (i.e., according to the mini calendar).

Restart of Thunderbird makes problem go away (i.e., the two headers now change in sync). Warning message from Comment 5 still occurs in the console.

I can reproduce this by right clicking on a mailbox, opening that mailbox in a new Thunderbird window, then closing that newly opened window (via the X in the titlebar). No new messages appear in the error console during that procedure or while observing the bug while using the mouse scrollwheel. In addition to what other people wrote, TB's titlebar also stops changing. It remains the name of the mailbox that I opened in a new window. Lightning 3.3 / Thunderbird 31.1.1 / Kubuntu 12.04.5 LTS

I can reproduce Comment 8 with TB 31.8.0 and Lightning 3.3.3 on Ubuntu Studio 14.04 x64. Opening a new calendar view in 2nd TB Window --> month is correctly refreshed when click on arrows. Closing an reopening calendar view in 1st TB Window does not correct the problem. Need to close TB and restart. Please, move this bug status to "confirmed".

Still reproducible with steps to reproduce in comment 8. Moreover a message "TypeError: currentView(...) is undefined" appears in the console.

This problem still occurs in Thunderbird 60.4. The "Today" and "One Month Back"/"One Month Forward" buttons do work. The "interval name" and the "calendar week" labels right of those buttons do not change, though.

Go > Next or Previous > Day, Week, Month menu items work when viewing the Calendar tab.
Still see the problem described in TB 60.8.0 with Lightning 6.2.8.
Also in TB 68.0b5 with Lightning 68.0b5 when clicking the new < Month > selector in the Mini Month of the Calendar Pane. Also TB 70.0a1 with Lightning 70.0a1.
If the Calendar view is Month and the user uses the < > arrows around "Today" to move between months, then the month also changes in the Mini Month of the Calendar Pane.
