+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #517881 +++

build.mozilla.org uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate expired on 1/28/12 1:21 AM. The current time is 1/30/12 12:49 PM.

(Error code: sec_error_expired_certificate)
We are thinking that this is the cause of developers not being able to rebuild tests.  Bumping priority as this is very important.
