72263 - View Header All does not retain selected after exit/relaunch

Linux (2001-03-16-11 mtrunk)
Win32 (2001-03-16-10 mtrunk)
MAC (2001-03-16-08 mtrunk)
steps:
1. Select a message from the Inbox
2. Observe that header shows "normal" information which matches
View->Headers->Normal is being selected 
3. Change it View->Headers->All, observe that header shows All information
4. Exit/relaunch, 
Actual result: View Header selected Normal but header in message pane shows
detailed header info.

Expected result: View Header All should retained the checked selection, while
message pane shows detailed header info.

This occurs on all 3 platforms.

This problem was seen on Windows NT 4.0 platform using mozilla nightly build:
2001041704. Updating this bug category to Win NT.

mozilla 0.8.1 (don't have build number because it was unistalled) was able to
redraw window immediately with ALL headers.

This bug should get "platform all" back as it is seen on all platforms. Anyway,
this bug depends on the bug that viewing the whole header isn't possible. But I
just can't find that bug in bugzilla (I'm quote sure it's there) :(

I'm not seeing this anymore, on build 2001111503-win98. Probably the View All
Headers implementation fixed this as well. Could you check on other platforms
and confirm ?

Sorry for the previous completely inaccurate comment, this bug exists but it
seems to be a dupe of bug 70192. Hoping I am right this time :(
