Steps to reproduce:
1. Load AMO homepage https://addons-dev.allizom.org/
2. Click on "Other Applications -> Mobile" link
3. Click on the category "Photos & Media"

Expected Results:
"Most Popular", "Top Rated" and "Recently Added" boxes are displayed one bellow each other with no layout issues.

Actual Results:
"Most Popular", "Top Rated" and "Recently Added" boxes are not displayed properly.

Notes/Issues:
Issue is also reproducing in https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/sunbird/extensions/providers/

Issue is still reproducing in http://addons-dev.allizom.org/ in "Photos & Media" category from Mobile and "Providers" category from Sunbird.
