Please install required pkgs for BrowserID and load_gen on Client load generators (node 0.6.5 and expat-devel rpm)

Details
On the client{4,9}.scl2.svc.mozilla.com boxes, `npm install` now requires:
1) node >= v0.6.5
2) the rpm for expat-devel to be installed (presumably just whatever version
in the yum repos for the version of redhat we run).

verified versions on client{4,9}
npm install on client7.scl2.svc.m.o works find and bid starts
