Created attachment 593281 [details] Issue picture User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:9.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/9.0.1 Build ID: 20111220165912 Steps to reproduce: I use a plugin to create virtual identities, because i have a catch-all email-adress. Now it is possible to send emails with german "special-chars" (like ö,ä,ü,...). For example I send a email from öäü@example.org Actual results: Look at the "From"-Row in the email listing window (in german called "Von"). The Name here is not the same name as in the email overview window. It seems that Thunderbird tooks (maybe randomly) a name from my adressbook and put it in the email listing window. Please have a look into the attached picture. The correct person is "Alexander Eifler" and not "Katrin Krummel". Expected results: The "From"-Row should be the same entry as in the email overview window.
