Right now if a site uses web fonts, we just see Roboto or Droid used in Firefox. This can often leave us with ugly looking pages.
Hooking up web font support would go a long way toward making a growing number of sites look better.

Fennec does support web fonts; for example see http://craigmod.com/journal/font-face/ or http://google.com/webfonts
I suspect Wired has some bad browser detection and is not sending web fonts to Fennec. We could open an evangelism bug for that specific case instead.

I think they're using some library from typekit for Gecko detection just from looking at m.wired.com's source
http://use.typekit.com/ztc8lol.js
Not sure where in there we would be failing with the new UA.
