If we upgrade to django-arecibo:11945618fdaa7dc832e7382b241547567a77f4e6 we can move the dont_log_crawler_404s method out of settings.py, which is kind of gross, and into, well, anywhere else. Code quality, not critical, I'll do it.
Since we are moving to Sentry some day => WONTFIX
