723325 - Update "About author roles" with info about Support role

steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://apps-preview-dev.allizom.org/en-US/developers/app/test-webapp-5/ownership
2. In the drop-down list of roles, notice that "Support" role has been newly added.
3. Click on "About author roles" link.


actual behavior:
"About author roles" link has no info about the "Support" role. We need to update it.

Just use a consistent voice.  This works:

  "Can view the app's settings and manage refund requests."
