post_upload.py shouldn't copy logs into -latest directory

we already keep the logs in the dated directories, so there's no reason to copy them into the -latest directories.
in the case of l10n latest directories, this results in a ton of extra files in this directory which slows down the netapp. The directory file is currently 1.7MB

Nightly repacks ssh into stage to run ls on /pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/latest-mozilla-central-l10n to find the previous mar.
