Scroll to the bottom.
Click the link "bug 648683"[1].

RESULT:
There's a gray "Site Identity Button"[2] for bugzilla.

EXPECTED:
Bugzilla shows a blue "Site Identity Button".

Going directly to the URL[1] directly shows a blue "Site Identity Button".
