User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:10.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/10.0 Build ID: 20120129021758 Steps to reproduce: I was normally surfing in Firefox as always. Actual results: A while ago after I open my mozzilla, it closes itself and appears a crash report and restart it. It happens frequently !

Please provide the crash ID from about:crashes - https://developer.mozilla.org/en/How_to_get_a_stacktrace_for_a_bug_report npswf32.dll is the flash plugin.

2 crash reports are bug 718947 bp-951ad6bf-b4f0-44ef-8e1f-57dcf2120202 is a hang caused by the flash plugin You have also a possible malware extension active on your system "WidgiToolbarFF.dll". Look in (alt key)/tools/addons/extensions and disable every extension that you didn't install.
