Description

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:10.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/10.0
Build ID: 20120129021758

Steps to reproduce:

1) Have two tabs open, with Adobe Flash content in one tab, and a black "New Tab" on the other. The default theme is used.
2) Focus the Adobe Flash content.
3) Click on the other "New Tab".

Actual results:

The text cursor / caret does not show in the address bar, nor in the search text box on the right hand side. All menus are grayed out. Hitting "Enter" in the address bar has no effect.

Expected results:

Retain full functionality.

Full functionality is restored if I switch to a different application, and then back to Firefox.

This "workaround" is similar to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=717340 , which involves the mouse cursor disappearing.
I could not reproduce it on latest Nightly:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:13.0a1) Gecko/20120212 Firefox/13.0a1

Reporter, are you still seeing the issue? Please try to reproduce with a clean profile/in safe mode.

Also, please provide your flash version.

Thank you!
