Possible steps to reproduce:
1. Open Fennec
2. Go to addons.mozilla.org/en-US/android/
3. Install Phony and Full Screen add-ons
4. Go to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/android/addon/cloud-viewer/?src=category
5. Restart Fennec
6. Repeat step 4
7. Install Cloud Viewer add-on

Expected result:
No crashes should occur while str are performed.

Actual result:
Fennec crashes at least once after step 7. Please see the attached log file.

It first appeared in 13.0a1/20120202155221 and is currently #1 top crasher in 13.0a1.
The regression range is:

This crash is always reproducible using this steps:
1. Open Fennec
2. Go to addons.mozilla.org/en-US/android/
3. Install Full Screen addon 
4. After installing the addon, tap on Menu.

Result: Fennec crashes
Crash signature: [@ java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: bad base-64 at android.util.Base64.decode(Base64.java)
Build: Nightly 13.0a1 2012-02-03
Device: Samsung Galaxy SII

I can reproduce this on my Galaxy Nexus (4.0.3) with 02/01 Nightly using the above two steps to reproduce.

Most likely a regression from bug 723159. See also bug 723550, which is related.
