Ability to delete attachments from mails to save space.

This would be a very cool feature since one could save the attachment(s) to disk
and then delete them from the mail to make the profile smaller and more
manageable and responsive.

For traceablilty, it would be very good if a mail with a detached attachment
were somehow marked with a comment (e.g. This mail had an attachment that was
detached.) Ideally, the comment would say either that the attachment had been
deleted, or saved to path:...
