This bug has existed forever, but it's 10x more visible with the new tab page feature.

My new tab page has an entry for "502 Server Error".  Places has decided that this is the title for http://google.com/reader, so when I type "reader" into my awesomebar, the first hit is "502 Server Error".

http:://reader.google.com is *not* bookmarked, so I have no idea why this is happening.
