72403 - crash when downloading mail

Mozilla crashes when trying to download mail from a POP3 server. It starts, but
as soon as it has downloaded the first message, it crashes.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.start mail
2.download


Actual Results:  crash

Expected Results:  no crash

might be related to inconsistent mailfiles, because every time mail is started,
it wants to rebuild the boxes, and there are some pretty large ones (4000+
messages). Another possibility could be message filters, but I haven't been able
to do anything about it.
