72404 - new email scheme does not work.

The last two weeks the new email scheme in bugzilla does not work. I get letters
that looks like they did in the old days with a link saying that I should turn
on the new email scheme. But it is already activated.

I couldn't search for bugzilla bugs. Just mozilla bugs. So this is probably a
duplicate. Where can I search for bugzilla bugs??

Bugzilla bugs are seached for using the same form as Mozilla bugs, but by
narrowing the search to just Webtools / Bugzilla.  Right now we know the the old
style mail is recieved when your only relationship w/a bug is that you've voted
on it.  We also know there's at least one other way, but don't yet know what
that is.
