Details

Prior to testing the Snippet Service Impressions work, we'd like to have basic Selenium automation up and running; this bug is to track that work, which we'll likely (hopefully!) have completed during the WebQA work week, February 21st-24th.

Will provide more info as we have it/clean it up.

Also filed bug 734165, as a result.  Calling this done; we'll keep iterating on the tests.
