In zh-TW browsers, mozilla.org/firefox/beta should redirect to mozilla.org/zh-TW/firefox/channel/

When visit http://www.mozilla.org/firefox/beta/ using a zh-TW brrowser, since we don't have a separate Beta page for zh-TW, users will be redirect to http://www.mozilla.org/zh-TW/firefox/fx/, which doesn't have a beta download link on it. For locales that only have a localized Channel page but not a Beta page, we should redirect mozilla.org/firefox/beta to mozilla.org/ab-CD/firefox/channel, just like what we do for firefox.com/beta.
We are going to start creting /beta and /aurora pages next week for all locales but yes, as an interim solution it is better to redirect these people to the channels page?

It works well right now, thanks! BTW, now http://mozilla.org/firefox/beta/ is always redirect to the Channel page, even with a en-US browser -- not sure if this correct. It's okay for me since people can still download beta from there.
I fixed the redirect for en-US in r101134, thanks
