Examples of pages where it can happens: error pages, add-ons manager, pages with <select> elements…
Can be similar to bug 646813 and bug 653403. But I do not see this thumbnail of tab when dragging it on Win XP. Is this feature on linux only? I just get the arrow pointing to the destination.
