Steps to reproduce:

Load any java applet makes the cursor disappears in firefox 10.
Many users are reporting the same issue as well
goto http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?f=38&t=2417843


Actual results:

example:
goto http://mainline.brynmawr.edu/Courses/cs110/spring2002/Applets/Smiley/Smiley.html which has a simple applet, use the applet, try to goto a different website, the cursor is gone.
The only way to get the cursor back is to toggle the window away from firefox to a different application, and back. 
This is happening in windows 7

cursor shouldn't disappear
