Build ID: 20120129021758

Steps to reproduce:

When inserting an element that has the attribute value contentEditable="true" anywhere in the html document, even outside <html>.

Actual results:

The context menu's "Copy" and "Select All" are disabled, preventing text selection through the menu. Keyboard shortcuts still work.

Expected results:

The context menu's "Copy" and "Select All" should be enabled regardless of the presence of elements with contentEditable="true".
