This is a request for the ability to specify where trash goes for IMAP mail
accounts. We can currently specify where sent mail, drafts, and templates go,
but have no control over trash location.

For one thing, for people who use other applications for their IMAP mail, the
default trash folder is different from where they normally keep their trash. My
webmail server puts trash in a "deleted_mail" folder, so now my trash is in two
separate folders. A friend of mine who keeps an elaborate heirarchy of folders
on his system was very frustrated by mozilla's mandatory trash location.
Finally, it would be nice to be able to make trash go to a local folder (like we
can with sent mail). This saves server space for those of us with space
restrictions who get lots of attachments.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Mail/News
2.Go to Account Settings > server settings of an IMAP account.
3.Note that there is no way to specify trash folder location.
