I ran the mozbase tests on both Python 2.7 and 2.4 and they passed.

Also, as suggested by jmaher and wlach, I removed mozdevice from mozbase.

This looks good.  I think we can dupe the "remove testing/mozbase/mozdevice" bug to this one because this accomplishes the same thing. Did you tag the github repo?

Actually, we can't dupe the bugs because bug 722429 removes the makefile entry for mozdevice which is also necessary. I'll fix this on check-in.
