Looking at this website I can get some of the content to bleed over the top of the toolbars. On my machine the grey "page" in there is larger than my content area. I scrolled down so the top of the "page" is above the top of the visible area (conceptually underneath the chrome toolbars). Then I hovered my mouse over the bottom right corner of the "page" and suddenly the top of it gets painted over the top of the toolbars. It does sort itself out as you move your mouse around so I'm not sure what the spoofing risk is here but this seems bad nonetheless. Dave, are you still experiencing this issue?

I doubt it, this bug is over a decade old.
