Alright this sounds like a no-brainer, in the product there should be a 'Help' link in the menu list that links directly to SUMO.
This would require a string, so I don't think it could make fx11, but it sounds like a good idea to me. Should we just add it to the bottom of the menu, perhaps right above "Quit"?

I was reminded that the product also has a support link in :about, I wonder if that is sufficient?
Our menu is getting pretty full, so keeping it within about:firefox and possibly adding it to about:home would be preferable.
There's a FAQs link now; I guess that is suffice?
