Details

Can we force a white background on the thumbnails and make them not be transparent? Output as JPEG rather than PNGs?
Target Milestone: --- → M2
Temporarily setting a white background color on the site cards to mitigate this issue. This should not be considered a permanent fix, since it negatively effects the way we animate the thumbnails.
Update: added background color to image instead of .media. This solves the fade problem. We should probably still address this bug, though. https://bitbucket.org/mozillapancake/pancake/changeset/70a3fad207e3
