(Whiteboard: [switch-to-tab])

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.2; WOW64; rv:11.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/11.0 Build ID: 20120201153158 Steps to reproduce: Open a web page. I will refer to this as URLA in TAB1 While still in TAB1, navigate (by entering the URL or selecting a bookmark or history entry) to a new page URLB. URLB is a long running script that takes about 40 seconds to load. Open a new TAB2 In the address bar type in URLA Actual results: The Switch-to-tab feature displays the switch option for URLA pointing at TAB1 If selected, it switches to TAB1 which is still pending load for URLB. User is taken to TAB1, pending load of URLB. URLB is NOT resubmitted and URLA is not loaded. TAB1 may display the original content (URLA) or the new content (URLB) or partial content (URLB) depending on the output of URLB. Expected results: Switch-to-tab should use the pending url (URLB) to identify the tab, not the prior URL (URLA). Since TAB1 is now loading URLB, a new tab should be opened for URLA. This issue is not specific to V11 and existed in prior versions. As a related side note, generally speaking, I find the switch to tab feature to be counter-intuitive and disruptive.
