We haven't mapped the SEARCH key, and AFAIK we don't have any plans to do so. It would be awesome to use that key to flip on a debug mode. Initially at least, we should - toggle the layers.acceleration.draw-fps pref - toggle the nglayout.debug.paint_flashing pref Later we can flip on verbose logging for things like RIL.

simple patch. I kept an if()/else() in toggleDebug in case we want to add something more complex than just switching boolean prefs.
