725455 - Make it possible for admins to tag favourite videos

So that we're not sorting through 800 videos on May 1, can you make it possible for admins to tag videos so that we can identify favourites as they come in. 

I'd love it if we can tag it on the video page for special admin users (so not visible to users or directors) or I can search for it in the admin interface if that's what works best.

below videos that allows them to mark the video for judging.
