Affiliates banner selection process involves scrolling down every-time we move from one step to another in the 3-step banner selection process which is annoying to a user.

So the redesign occurring in bug 707494 will help to solve this issue. In the interim, we could add an anchor tag that pulls the browser down automatically.

chelsea: Does that sound valuable, or should we just wait for the redesign?

Depending on how much work it would take and what other scheduled things we have on deck for the quarter. I don't have an objection to it, but only if it doesn't delay other work. Otherwise, I think waiting for the redesign is good. 

Also, this is a good thing to note in the requirements for the new design.
