Can Zimbra please not email everyone every time I made any change?

I have a meeting with a lot of people on the invite list and lately it has been emailing everyone any time I make any sort of change. IIRC, there used to be a way to have changes sent out only to those people who were affected by that change.
I need to make changes periodically to the invite list or to the meeting information, but I'm afraid people are going to get fed up with a stream of pointless invite updates.
Is there a way for Zimbra to not spam everyone that I'm just missing?

When you add/remove invitees, Zimbra will ask if you want to update everyone or just those that change. I do this periodically.
If you change anything else, you by necessity have to update everyone so they have new location, new time, new notes.

FWIW, Zimbra doesn't seem to do this consistently. I just added someone to an invite and never got the option to send the changes to everyone or just the person related to the change. I hesitate to touch the invite because I want to avoid spamming people.

Are you using a client? ical, for instance, will spam everyone regardless.. The Zimbra UI however, will ask if you only want to send to affected people. In either case, there isn't a server-side setting we can change to prevent this from happening as clients will kick off the change email independently of the changed event itself.

I was using the Zimbra web UI when this happened. I went into the invitation and added one person and never got the option to send the change to just the people related to the change. FWIW, I have received that option before when making changes through the same UI -- it just doesn't seem to be consistent.
