72579 - No spell checking is done on the reply mail body

There is no spell checking performed on the part of the message that is replied
to. The checking stops after your reply is spell checked. Any text bellow it is
ignored. It might be a good idea but it was not the way it worked in previous builds

Actually with builds 20020408 on win xp, linux and mac, we spell check quoted
text when replying (and we shouldn't according to bugscape bug 8868).  We also
spellcheck Forwarded text (which we shouldn't bugscape bug 8868) This bug is
invalid as stated because we should not spell check pevious content for replied
or forwarded messages.
