Steps to reproduce:

Viewing RSS feeds in Google Reader, e.g.
  http://www.google.com/reader/view/#stream/feed%2Fhttp%3A%2F%2Fwww.rsspect.com%2Frss%2Fqwantz.xml
  http://www.google.com/reader/view/#stream/feed%2Fhttp%3A%2F%2Fdrmcninja.com%2Ffeed
(all posts on those feeds are affected by the bug, so it's a good test)


Windows 7 (Enterprise or Ultimate) x64
Currently: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:13.0a1) Gecko/20120209 Firefox/13.0a1 ID:20120209031242


Tried old & new profiles, with & without Extensions.


Downloaded each of the below listed versions to pinpoint when it broke -- 12.0a1 (2012-01-18)


Actual results:

An unnecessary 2nd vertical scrollbar appears on just the entry -- see attached screenshot -- on the following version (presumably inclusive):
  13.0a1 (2012-02-09) x64 -- current
  ...
  12.0a1 (2012-01-31) x64
  ...
  12.0a1 (2012-01-23) x64
  ...
  12.0a1 (2012-01-20) x64
  12.0a1 (2012-01-19) x64
  12.0a1 (2012-01-18) x64  <-- first started


Expected results:

No second, unnecessary vertical scrollbar occurs in:
  12.0a1 (2012-01-17) x64
  12.0a1 (2012-01-16) x64
  ...
  12.0a1 (2012-01-09) x64

I agree. I really did search before posting this. Not sure why didn't see that one.
