Details
The Mobile tab is broken. From this page https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/beta/# I can't get to the mobile state using the tab in the upper right hand corner.
(there are also usability questions about that tab, but this happens regardless of if I click on "Mobile or Desktop"

Turns out, sgarrity already fixed this on trunk, bug 725661 and r101410. It just needs pushed.
