If I cmd-click a URL in iTerm, or more simply run open http://mozilla.com then Firefox comes to the foreground, but nothing else happens. This occurs with 11.0a2 (2012-01-27) and with 12.0a2 (2012-02-10), and with earlier versions too -- I've not gotten around to reporting this for a while. Of note, this only occurs on my laptop, which runs Snow Leopard. My desktop, running Lion, behaves as expected. Let me know if I can provide any other info.
This appears to be profile-related -- it does not recur on a fresh profile. I'm assuming that means WORKSFORME, but please re-open if this is actually an interesting bug.

This happened again on switching from the current Firefox to Aurora without changing profiles. It's now occurring with Aurora (19.0a2) on Snow Leopard.
